چکیده
The high-speed railways have made rapid developments in recent years. Fulfilling passenger demand and providing precise train services are the core problems to be solved railway operation. This paper proposes an optimization strategy for demand-responsive transport integrate train-stop planning timetabling railways. Passenger travel information, including their origins, destinations expected departure times is taken as input. A mixed integer linear programming model established obtain effective service plan, which consists of stop pattern, ride plan arrival/departure at all stations. objective minimize remaining time. Finally, proposed method applied a real-world case, series several experiments conducted prove efficiency validity model. results suggest that approach could generate efficient plans responsive demand.

Time Consumption Modeling of Planning Vertical Profile of High-Speed Railways
Recent years, High-Speed railway has become a hot topic of railway development. Many countries in the world have built relatively complete high-speed railway networks. Each of them enjoys its own efficient traffic organization system and method, as well as a theory of station distribution layout. Based on the railway traffic conditions in China, the designer is adopting special procedure for bu...
متن کاملSimulation Approach for an Integrated Decision Support System for Demand Responsive Transport Planning and Operation
Rural areas are becoming more desert from day to day, leading to complex dispersed and scarce demand patterns for public transport. As a consequence, conventional transport services are becoming less frequent, reducing levels of service (e.g., low occupancy rates, usage of old vehicles). With rigid predefined routes and schedules, they are inappropriate to operate in such environments. Demand R...
متن کاملHigh-speed Railways in Germany
When the railway appeared as a new means of transportation in the first half of the 19th century, its top speed of 30 to 40 km/h was considered dangerous. In Germany, where Adler transported two barrels of beer between Nuremberg and Fürth in 1835 as the first German rail freight, physicians warned people against such perilous adventures and farmers were worried that their cows grazing alongside...
متن کاملTrack geometry for high-speed railways
The present work consists of two main parts. The first part (Chapter 2 and 3) deals with a literature survey where a short introduction is given for track geometry and track/vehicle interaction. After the introduction, a survey over the present standard in Europe and Japan is made. In particular the recent proposals for a common European Standard (CEN) and TSI (Technical Specification for Inter...
متن کاملA discrete-event optimization framework for mixed-speed train timetabling problem
Railway scheduling is a complex task of rail operators that involves the generation of a conflict-free train timetable. This paper presents a discrete-event simulation-based optimization approach for solving the train timetabling problem to minimize total weighted unplanned stop time in a hybrid single and double track railway networks. The designed simulation model is used as a platform for ge...
